We've partnered with Fairly Made

A client raised a support ticket over the summer asking about Digital Product Passports. We could answer half of it. Yes, your product data is the input. No, we don't produce the passport.

If that question has landed on someone's desk at your brand, you've had the same experience. Everyone agrees it matters. Nobody can say where to start.

Now we can answer all of it. We've partnered with Fairly Made.

Fairly Made's SaaS platform provides supply chain traceability, impact measurement, ecodesign and digital product passports for over 150 fashion and leather goods brands, with more than 35,000 suppliers onboarded to their network. They track the regulation too, so brands know what applies to them and when.

"Nolo Apps' product data platform already holds what our traceability and LCA studies run on, all in one place. That's usually the hardest part for a brand to produce on demand, so connecting directly to it removes real friction on both sides."

Guillaume Babule, Fairly Made

You've already done the hard part

To run a traceability study, Fairly Made needs to know which product they're describing, what it's made of, and who made it. That's what most brands can't produce on demand.

Your Product Master holds it already.

So the work in front of you is smaller than it looks. Fairly Made takes what your team maintains every season and runs the study on that.

Fairly Made send it all back to you

The traceability detail, the supplier and component data, the impact indicators, the passport URL. All of it can arrive in your Product Master, attached to the product record it belongs to.

From there your team treats it like every other field they own. Your PIM reads it. It shows up on product pages.

Wholesale pull it into line sheets and buyer packs. Whoever answers tender questionnaires stops emailing round for numbers.

Two levels

Basic. Fairly Made produces a QR code and a hosted product page for every style. No integration, nothing extra for your team to run.

Advanced. You pull the full output back into Airtable, including detailed traceability, the complete set of 16 PEFCR impact indicators and French Environmental Cost display, and show it wherever you need it.

If you buy finished goods and can't see past your direct supplier, Fairly Made can still run the study.

This is already live in industry

Passenger are a client of both of ours and their passports are already live, running through Airtable and onto the product pages. Nobody at Passenger ran a compliance project to get there.

Why brands are moving now

Buyers at premium department stores ask for supply chain credentials at the buying stage, with no regulation forcing them to.

In France, from 1 October 2026, a third party can publish an environmental cost score for your products if you haven't published one yourself.

Across the EU, Digital Product Passports are coming for textiles under ESPR, with 2028 the earliest date brands are planning for. Fairly Made track all of this more closely than we do, and we'll point you at them for the detail. But it's clear this is coming and brands need to act now.

Where to start

We'll look at what you already capture, what's missing, and which of the two levels fits how you sell.
